Our Attorneys' Fees start at $800.00, for preparation, filing, and attending the § 341 meeting. Other services may be extra. Court filing fees and required charges are another $358.00 (a $338.00 filing fee and a required debt counseling fee of about $20.00). The filing fee can be paid in installments over 3 months. We will accept installment payment of attorney’s fees before filing, but the entire fee must be paid before we file.
